Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days and delivered between 14 - 21 business days thereafter. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you have questions or need a product by a certain date, email us at support@shopbookembossers.com

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or, if available, by text.

We reserve the right to change the courier you select at checkout unless an expedited method was chosen. Choosing expedited shipping will not account for processing time. If you need an item by a certain date, it is best to contact us to ensure you receive it on time.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU DO NOT ADD THE CUSTOM NAME REQUIRED IN THE CART SECTION OF OUR CHECKOUT PROCESS, WE WILL USE THE FIRST NAME OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ORDER

TO CHANGE THE PLATE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $20 AS SEEN ON OUR WEBSITE. 

International Shipping

International shipments may incur fees based on the country of destination. These fees are in addition to shipping fees and are not in our control. We can work with you to determine if any fees will be incurred and provide an estimate.
